The Marlboro County Courthouse is located at 105 Main Street, Bennettsville, SC.  There are six flags flying in front of the Courthouse:  The American Flag with the State of South Carolina Flag flying beneath it on the same pole, Spanish Flag, British Flag, French Flag, and Scottish Flag. 

Office Hours
Regular Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm with the exception of holidays (Marlboro County's 2022 holiday schedule).


Online Survey for Marlboro County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Master Plan

Marlboro County is currently in the process of conducting a Master Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan that will aid the Marlboro County Economic Development Partnership in developing short and long-term plans for parks, recreation, and open space.

We want to hear from you, the residents, business owners, special interest groups, and other interested parties in our community.

Marlboro County has contracted with BerryDunn a nationally known parks and recreation management consulting firm to oversee the plan. Stewart, a landscape design firm is assisting BerryDunn in the plan.


Banners to be Displayed on County Grounds

Anyone wishing to have a banner displayed on county grounds should complete the Banner Display Request and understand and abide by the guidelines and rules.  For questions, please call the County Administration office at 843-479-5600 ext. 10.
